The reinforced 3D printed walls have high durability and behave very well against earthquakes and fires. Also in case of floods, they can withstand direct contact with water for long periods of time. Unlike houses built with wooden panels, the 3D material, offers more resistance to common pests such as rodents or termites.

Co2 emissions and solid waste are reduced by up to 60% during construction thanks to use of local materials and logistical simplification. The smart design of the 3D walls, incorporates air cavities that offers good thermal comfort inside, avoiding extra insulators and plastic materials that are harmful to the environment and to the health of the tenants.

3D technology allows to build up to 50sqm of structural wall in about 10 hours, which means that the complete structure of a house can be built in a few days. Thanks to the automation of construction, it is estimated to build a house 3x faster than with traditional systems.

The automation of construction allows reducing the number of unforeseen events and execution errors, eliminating the risk of cost overruns.
